“Today brought very changeable conditions that weren’t easy to interpret. This morning we worked a lot on the wet setting and were able to understand the bike’s behaviour in those conditions. In the afternoon, on a dry track, we were doing well but as soon as we put in a fresh tyre, the rain came and so I couldn’t do more than fifteenth in the end. I’m confident for tomorrow though and hope to improve further, especially in the wet.”
