At Phillip Island to complete its preparation for the 2024 season.

Kawasaki Puccetti Racing is at Phillip Island in Australia, ready to take part in the official tests on Monday and Tuesday ahead of the opening round of the season, which will take place over the weekend of 23-25 February at the same track.

Manuel Puccetti’s team has set up the garage and has already started to prepare Can Oncu’s bike for WorldSSP and Tito Rabat’s bike for WorldSBK.

The Turkish rider will work to adapt his Kawasaki ZX-6R to the Phillip Island track, while the Spaniard will build on the work completed during test sessions at Jerez and Portimao, as he continues to build confidence with the 2024 Ninja ZX-10RR KRT factory replica. For both, the goal is to identity a solid base setup from which to start during the opening round of the 2024 season.

Manuel Puccetti

“We’ve worked really hard to prepare for this first Australian round and will try to start the season, our twelfth consecutive season in the production-derived championship, in the best possible way. Just a few months ago, Can Oncu underwent surgery and now, despite being only about 80% fit, he is very motivated and ready to fight for a goal that we share with him – the Supersport world title. As for WorldSBK, I want to thank Kawasaki and Provec for allowing us to compete with a factory bike. This is a great opportunity for the team and for Tito Rabat too, and we will do our best to exploit it, although we know this will be one of the most challenging and competitive championships in the history of WorldSBK.”
