Preparation for the 2026 season begins at Jerez

After announcing its 2026 riders, the Kawasaki WorldSSP Team officially kicks off its preparation for the new racing season with two days of testing, which will take place at the Jerez de la Frontera circuit in Spain on November 26 and 27.

Jeremy Alcoba will work together with his crew with the goal of harnessing the potential of the ZX-6R 636, while Dominique Aegerter will have a first opportunity to ride the Japanese bike and work with the Kawasaki WorldSSP Team. This initial contact will allow him to familiarise himself with both. The work schedule is very full for both riders, but will undoubtedly be completed thanks to the commitment of all team members, as long as the weather remains favourable.

Manuel Puccetti – Team Principal

“We’re very happy and excited to see the debut of our 2026 Supersport lineup with Aegerter and Alcoba. Dominique returns to Supersport for a leading role, while Jeremy has already shown great potential, especially towards the end of last season. We’ve increased the number of our technicians, adding further experience to the team, and we can’t wait to get back to work, especially because we have so many new things to test, and we’re confident these updates will make our bike even more competitive.”
