Back on track! Puccetti at work to plan for 2025

There was just time to reload the bikes and equipment onto the track and Kawasaki Puccetti Racing is on its way from Donington Park to Most, in the Czech Republic, where round six of the WorldSBK and WorldSSP is taking place this weekend.

The UK race results did not reflect the quality and quantity of work completed by the technicians and riders, but the progress made over the last rounds, particularly regarding Tito Rabat’s Ninja ZX-10RR KRT Factory Replica, will soon pay off.

In Supersport, Can Oncu had a few difficulties and he was unable to count on the best setup of his ZX-6R but he is confident that he will be able to start strong in Most before running up at the front, where he belongs, come the races.

As for the future of Kawasaki Puccetti Racing, Manuel Puccetti will meet Kawasaki Europe and Japan bosses in London over the next few days to evaluate initiatives for next season.

The Italian team will announce its plans just as soon as these are confirmed.

Manuel Puccetti

“This is an important moment for our team and our business, also with a view to the future. Before travelling to Most I’ll be in London to meet with Kawasaki management and plan next season. As for our track activity, we did a good job in Superbike at Donington even if we didn’t achieve the desired results, while in Supersport we were able to overcome some difficulties, which is why we look ahead to the Czech round with confidence.”

Tito Rabat

“I know the Most track well, as this will be my third time riding there. I have good memories of last season, when I scored my first points with the Puccetti Ninja. It is a very varied track and I really like it. We’ve started strong at the last few rounds but then haven’t managed to see the fruits of our labour in the races. We need to do that this weekend, because we’re all keen and determined to do well.”

Can Oncu

“I’m happy that we can get straight back on track and continue working on our Ninja. In the UK, we were only able to find a good setup on Sunday and so I can’t wait to take up from where we left off to build a good base that allows us to be competitive at Most. We’re all really eager to get back to the level we’re used to.”
